I've really enjoyed my Goodyear GS-D3's. I've never driven on tires that handled wet roads as well as them, and the fact that they look so cool is just a bonus.

All the same, the next tires I buy will be the Sessantas due to the overwhelming popular opinion.

I'm running 295/30-19's on my stock Nismo wheels. No problems.

So, I'd honestly never heard of these tires until this post. Admittedly, though, I don't "follow" tires much. So, I asked the googles what was up.

It looks everyone loves these things. There are a lot of various community references to them, and many of them make mention of shootouts and studies and whatnot where the Sessantas were outperforming other very well known tires, but nobody is linking to them.

Does anybody have any of those articles?

I don't. I just know they were cheap, max performance summer tires and USN recommended them highly.

Even if they last 9,000 miles they will still be cheaper per mile than the stock tires. Not to mention 30mm wider.

Reason I prob won't get the Vredesteins, despite the great reviews, is because you can't flip them

I'd suggest Michelin PS2, Advan Sport, Goodyear F1 GS-D3 if you can afford them. For good value tires, I'd suggest Falken FK452, Toyo T1R, BFG KDW2.

yeah i usually try to void directional tires all together but at a price like that yeah can afford to not care. and they say they're a 380AA which is pretty damn good. on my stock wheels i have goodyear eagle f1 a/s (i think they are) and they are awesome. probably not the best performance tire, but for year round daily driving they work very well. they're a 420AA and have held up pretty well considering i've put about 10k on them. i usually go through tires faster than normal.

The tread indicates you shouldn't be able to but the diagram has them rolling both ways. So I dunno?
