Meet you at the I-5 exit and caravan the 1/4 mile there!

But yeah, I'll be there both days, running in BS (morning) but might run afternoon as well.

Looks like a lot of fun. I'm trying to figure out which class I'd be in though with test pipes, lightened flywheel, stage 2 clutch, and eibach springs. Help?

sorry, can't help you much on that, i just started late last year, so i've been running the novice class, i'll prolly start running time only once i'm good enough not to consider myself a noob.

you can prolly make a thead in the autox forum to help classify your car, perhaps drivesolo can chime in, he's been autox'ing much longer than me. you can try shooting him a pm

You're in BSP. I know classing very well.

Um, I'll be there around 7am each morning.

Can you elaborate on BSP? The classes I see are Stock, Street Modified, Street Prepared, etc.

So I won't be going to the morning practice. Couldn't get everything installed and stripped a bolt. So tomorrow morning I'll be finishing up the install. I'll be at the pm practice though.

hmmm, just gave the car a test run and it seems good to go. i guess i would land somewhere in some open or unlimited class. might get lucky to beat out a few folks on slicks.
let me know the time, i think the car is ready for a serious shakedown. gunna sit at 8 psi, but well more than enough for an autoX.

Slaved too hard last night and worked myself sick today. No practice for me today. I'll be at the Sunday points race #1 though in the Am. And probably use the afternoon for practice.

Also, putting the strut tower back on, stripped out the threading on one of those bolts. Don't know how the hell I did that. I think it was the shop that worked on that side of the car a couple years ago.

I understand.

I think I did well today. I was amazed at what just shocks/struts do to the Z. I held TTOD for the first 2 passes, third and final pass a few guys beat me. They lucked out and had an extra 20-30 mins of track drying time before going.

Tokico D-specs.

Out of 30-35 cars in the first run group today, I had the third quickest raw time behind a BS MR2 and a SM STI. The BS MR2 had the advantage of 25 more minutes of track drying between when i went, and when he finally went. So overall can't complain on the new setup.

ya, wish it had been a little nicer this weekend. didn't make it down because of the rain/sleat/semi-snow race conditions, lol.

Yeah, I don't blame ya! I was freezing my ***** off. And I couldn't go over half throttle without spinning the tires, did have some nice long cone to cone neutral drifts, steering wheel was straight but I was turning!
