Went on my lunch break to apply for the plate, BS! Apperently, the only way is to send the app. to Olympia. Dumb. Guess i gotta wait...

No sir, take your app downtown Seattle I think its on 3rd? I did mine there then you get your temp plate that day, put it in a ziploc bag and mount it in your plate ring
