IIRC, you have to take the HPDE class before you can participate in any events.

pir will start wednesday nights again pretty soon, both bikes and cars. i'll give your gtr a shot, just give me incentive.
btw- beautiful car nissan did it right in an out of the box supercar. if you wanna go fast, let me take a look at it. i have pretty good credentials.

SWEET!
let's meet up! I too have had some fast cars myself!

Below is a pic of my FC (sold), it made 417RWHP @ 1bar on a dynojet, running 92 pump!
If we turned up the boost(+25psi) and ran some C16, we would be talking some SERIOUS power (~650 RWHP). On a ~2250lb car (weight reduction) = a pretty quick car.

some Engine Build highlights
13BRE (Pineapple HUGE port, 1 pc NRS ceramic seals)
FD TB
Holset H1E Turbo
4" Turbo back SS custom exhaust
1000cc primaries 1600cc secondaries
Haltech E6K (BDC tuned)
Twin BNR33 Fuel pumps (primary/secondary)
WHOLE ENGINE (rotor housings, side plates, etc.) ceramachrome'd
417RWHP @ 1Bar (92 pump)

very nice. i am not sure you understood my term of credentials. i am fairily good with mechanical things and would not mind looking at your car to see where improvements could be made. pm will be sent as soon as i finish my next paragraph.

pineapple racing= not shopping around for an engine build. 3 moving parts, 5 machine surfaces that any resurfacing machine can reproduce. insert the ceramic seals, and good to go. oh ya, the "race/street porting" $1500+-. i can reproduce in about 3 hours. how much was your build?
just saying, you are fairily close and i am a pretty good friend to have. take my advice or not, really doesn't matter. i am interested in the gtr chassis, and you probably want to go faster. i am the only sob in the area that will make it happen.

not exactly....their site states they don't combine the driver training with the HPDE trackdays.....the HPDE is for ppl with prior trackday experience....here's the link to the site......http://www.cascadesportscarclub.org/...hpdevstraining

FYI - if you just sign up for the HPDE and tell them you've done trackdays before you'll be fine....if you really want to spend 4 hours in a classroom and all the other crap they put you through in the "driver training" instead of getting more seat time then go for it...

You don't have to provide proof? I've never been and want to go. I just don't want to spend the $450 (or whatever it is) for a class.

Guys, I been through the WHOLE ordeal and it's not that bad to sit in the class for <3hrs. It only costs $30 more for new people, so the total would be $200 and it's $170 for peeps that are familiar with PIR and track rules. I say sign up...it's FUN as HELL and you don't have to worry about the police
