Take it in and ask what you've won. It clear says "Instant Win" on it, isolated from any other text, which implies that you have instantly won. That's the same as it saying "YOU WIN" in the top, and "You did not win" in the middle.

I spent several years writing promotion software for companies, Subway included, and this was a blatant oversight by their copy writer, quality assurance, and legal departments. They probably won't do anything, and you wouldn't be have any recourse without filing a lawsuit, and that's just too expensive to win whatever it is they were giving away. Unless it's $1,000,000.00.
