all your guys' cars looked amazing, and were much cleaner than mine, was gonna wash my car before i headed up to Joes but turned out my hose was frozen , but it was nice seeing the cars in person

no worries, it happens /sigh. i do however need a pic of the splitter after it went poof on me. gonna send the pics to shine and say give me a new one! we shall see how this pans out. driving the car for the first time with the bumper installed and doing 80-100 on the freeway and not hitting anything should not make a carbon fiber piece split into 2. just a little rediculous if you ask me...

 

Damn, that thing was brand new? I'd be pissed about it too then. All things considered, I think you were exceptionally calm about the whole situation. I'd be going batshit crazy with the manufacturer on my cell phone at the Pacific Raceways parking lot in front of all the children and Marines. I would have asked the guy who spent the day screaming on the lot to have a word with them as well. Good luck with the warranty.

 

update: talked to Shine today about the diffuser, and they said that they were aware that this has been happening. Normally its due to bottoming out though. He said that they are going to be using better glue from now on to hold the 2 pieces together, but are waiting on the gun to be able to use the glue. They will be sending me out a brand new diffuser free of charge once the glue gun shows up, and they make me a new diffuser.
