They are not getting enough money from the state so there will be tons more cops. No breaks either. Straight up ticket every time (more of the time).

They're EVERYWHERE. Driving home last night on a super random backroad, and a Sheriff was just sitting on it waiting for people...had another one blow by me at 5am this morning coming to work...

Yep, they are out in FULL force! Across 520 Bridge East, Saw a lot on 405 North AND South between Bothell and Bellevue and also I5 Northbound from UW to Edmonds. All 5+ cars I saw were pulling people over.

I was out and about today, 405 and 520, Kirkland to Bellevue and back, and I didn't see any LEOs at all.

I think I have discovered the most perfect highway in the state for "spirited" driving. I was on it for 40 minutes on Saturday and didn't see a single other car the entire time. Absolute f-ing nirvana.

However, this morning at the 70th ramp to 405 there sat 4 WSP cars, presumably pointing folks over for violating the carpool lane. That makes me happy.
