I wouldn't know though, I've never taking my Z to shop for anything such as headers.

I've seen z headers take non experienced folks a few days to figure out. I've seen them take experienced backyard mechanics take 8-10 hours to do. I've seen them take mechanics take 6-8 hours to do .. it's not easy by any means, very time consuming.
I got my car back from VTR and I love my new headers so far. I could feel a lot more hp with it! And the sway bar I could feel a little different. But untill I get it to a track then I would know.
