Default Hawk Pads needed ASAP locally

My brake(s) are shot it seems. I think it's only one of them but it's a horrible grinding noise similar to someone sharpening a knife on a rock. It occurs while I'm driving with each rotation of the wheel and worst when I brake.

Chad doesn't have any in stock and Z Garage hasn't called me back because they're on holiday break. Anyone know where I can pick some up locally because at this rate, I don't want to ruin the rotors even more.

I know a set from Tirerack is approx $130 which would take an extra day to get here so if anyone knows where to get them bay area or even how to reach Rob just to pick up the pads, I'd appreciate it. Shoot . . . if you have a new set that you haven't installed yet, I'll buy them from you and pick up a new set.

Any ideas? Oh and it's the non brembo pads.

Are they the fronts?

If you're desperate, you can "borrow" my stock front brake pads until you get ahold of some Hawks. They've got a good amount of life left still.

Thanks for the pads John . . . I was soaking wet by the time I finished but they work fine. Hopefully when I get my new ones the weather will clear enough for me to put them on.

Just read your request and it looks like your ok for now. I have some new Hawk Pads that I bought in a group buy on the other 350 site. If you can't wait or have a problems getting your new shoes, I will give you my set. You can then order and return the Hawks when they come in.

Checkout raceshopper.com
They have the best price for Hawk pads at the moment.

Hawk HPS will give out a lot less dust. Performance should be at least the same or better than your stock pads on your Brambo.

Pricing should be around $150 for front and rear. I'm ordering one for Arvin, if you want yours, let me know.

Got my Hawks for $106 shipped with group buy. Some of the folks who bought the pads from Raceshopper said they purchased them retail for $120. Raceshopper is offering free shipping.

FYI

Hawk does sell pads for Brembo's. Go to www.hawkperformance.com/

Default Hawks pads

Yes this was for front and back HPS's. That price sounds to high. If your on the other site, look under group buy Hawk pads, and read the thread. Some folks got their pads before the buy and paided way less than $151.

The $106 I paid included shipping.

with that group buy was it for the brembo or non brembo setup, i would think that the brembo pads should cost a little more but not 50bucks more, i will get back from the site or maybe give them a call tommroz
