Anyone have a good experience to share with this dealer? Called up this morning to get an oil change and they say cool, we can do it while you wait. I get there 10 minutes before my appointment and they say, oh didn't they tell you? It will be at least a 1.5 hour wait or more for an oil change today. To top it all off, the guy before me in line was totally complaining to the service manager about the service he received. Now that San Rafael Nissan has closed down I can't find any dealer to do minor service related tasks.

 

San Leandro is actually pretty good for oil changes. No appointment needed before 430pm. It took them literally 30 mins as they said and I was out of there.
