I got wasted in semi-finals by a Buick.
Good thing I knew he was running 11Psi, didn't make me feel as bad.

Great night, can't wait for the track to dry off completely so we can run 1/4th.

Also it was great meeting all of you guys in person.

 

That Buick turns 13's consistantly. He is hard to beat and has won best overall there several times, so don't feel bad. Walt

OK! it was an 1/8 mile, so it was hard to tell what we would do in the 1/4. Had a .007 reaction time in a hard race and won, then cut it a little too close in an easy race and red lighted.

Almost forgot. I had a chance to hassle your favorite slip dispenser. I asked her if she was happy to see me.............it was cold and her high beams were on, if you know what I mean. that shut her up for the rest of the night..........at least with me.

 

Why was it 1/8 mile? Oh.. that sucks on the redlight!

I heard something about a puddle at the end of the track.

 

Yes, I saw some standing water towards the end of the track. could be bad if you are doing 100+

Oh, that sucks. I just talked to the broker next door, he said he was out there for Track Day in his Porsche and said the line for the drags was HUGE when he was leaving.

I want too! What time do you head out there.. I don't get off work until 3. :\

 

I try to get there at 3, but they didn't tech inspect until 3:45 or so. Gates officially open at 3:30 and time trials go until about 5:30-6 and then they start the eliminations.

 

Gotcha... well, I'm going to have to come out soon. For sure.

Second I want to thank Rico and Rob and the rest of the crew at Zcargarage for hooking me up with such a sick ride. Man that thing really rips. Here's one of my best times. So lets plan another one. That was addicting.
