Just in case anyone in the North Bay wants to go this year, here is the info! Maybe see ya there, it's always a fun event! 
Join 101.7 the Fox and the Active 20-30 Club #50 of Santa Rosa for the 9th Annual "Battle of the Brews"!
Friday, April 1st from 5:30 to 10pm at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds Grace Pavilion
Featuring beer tasting from over 20 Northern California microbreweries and food from over 15 restaurants.
Beer Tasting: 5:30 - 8pm
Music & Dancing: 6:30 - 10pm
Entertainment will be live music by Wonderbread 5 and 101.7 the Fox's own Jeff Blazy will emcee the event!
Tickets are $40 and MUST be purchased in advance. (MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO ATTEND - ID'S WILL BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR)

The first year I went, it was $24. I like the one in Healdsburg better.

Wsup North Bayers... i'm going to Santa Rosa this friday for some Field work (traffic engineering) and was wondering if anyone wants to meet up for early dinner? or late lunch? i will be in San Rafael in the morning then head to Santa Rosa or i can do vice versa... or a good lead for an awesome restaurant around the area would be cool as well... any help would be awesome...

There is a parking lot (and garage) right behind, that I would suggest using, on 5th st. Need to feed the meter until 6pm though. I say we meet at the front entrance, on 4th st though. More visible
