Yes looks legit...

a) Must never have been a Cingular customer
b) Must pay 6 months of Cingular bills to submit rebate

Still pretty good price for a Black Razor

 

RAZR's are free at many local shops. Your best bet may be to buy it at Amazon. It's free after rebate (black or silver) and there's no tax.

PS: I would go for the silver one, to match your car. Black wouldn't match your car.

you got to be real careful with internet offers because there are alot of little things you need to catch, alot of places you cannot activate new service to get a razr and cancel your old service even if your out of commitment, you will not recieve your money, and there are times where you have to send out multiple rebates over a 6 month period with certain criteria otherwise you will not recieve your money and you end up paying full retail for the phone plus your stuck with a commitment.
