South bay (san jose) caravan to T.I. meet 9/18/05
Saw $3.17 today on the way home, and that was one of the cheaper stations. Haven't look at the Shell, Chevron, or any of them yet. Base is cheaper although still not cheap, i.e. $265 for regular, and $2.79 premium. The $3.17 is regular here in Salinas.

So where are you guys/gals going to meet at? Krispy Kremes, Rob's Garage, or ????. And what time. This way we can meet up with you all and head out together. We will be coming from Salinas/Monterey and heading up Hwy 101. Give us a location (address w/zip) and time and we'll be there. Give us the info, than we'll make our plan, as we are meeting in Salinas first at Denny's on North Main and Boronda, and than pulling out of here. I'll map it once you give us your info.
Thanks ahead....
Oh yes, just bought gas $3.14 per gallon premium. Regular was $2.97. Better than I've been seeing lately.

I spoke to Rob and he would like to have a mini meet at the Garage for OJ and Bagels like the last time. I was thinking we meet there at 9 then roll out promptly at 10:30, get to the Krispy Kremes at 10:45 then roll out to RR. Hows that sound.
If the guys from Salinas/Monterey don't want to make that many stops its all good, but at least meet us at 10:45 at the Krispy Kremes.
Whats the directions to the krispy's 101 N- where?

Hey Bruce, I put in our thread your info, butt........ I didn't use your name in vain>> :-)
We will probably get there around 9:50 - 10:00 if all agree. Put in a pitch on Rob's shop too. After all he did build yours, Louzer's and many good people on this thread. I'm looking forward to mine too. Still need the guages and the clutch/flywheel yet. I'm now backtracking to maybe going to 19" on the tread too, which I seem to have overlook at first. Will look to seeing you at Rob's Sunday.
