I'm digging the back yard but 1.6Mil? WOW, the prices in CA is just crazy! For that I can be living LARGE in CO.

hahaha thanks for the compliments. yah the house is fairly new.. built in 1995. the garden is japanese styled and we actually got a bulldozer in here before our neighbors houses were built to dig that pond. so yeah, if you guys know anybody who is looking to buy a nice house, please show them the link!! thanks a lot all
