Isn't it 3 times that a car is put in for repairs before it's considered a lemon?

My vdc and slip light come on for no reason when i start down the road.
My brake light flashes on when I step on the brake.
muahaha new 2006 model on route to my driveway

 

Check with a lemon law attorney but I think its a bit more complicated than 3 times. Its 3 times for the same problem and that problem must be safety related or prevent you from driving the car. Lets say you had the radio fixed three times: that's not sufficient for a lemon law suit.
