FS: Daytona Blue Front Bumper - $100 (south san francisco)
shhhh, I am selling in the local forum--mainly because I don't wanna ship to any outsiders. Details below folks:
I am selling my 2003 OEM Daytona Blue colored 350Z Nissan front bumper. I recently bought another one instead of simply repainting this spare one. The bumper for sale has a quarter sized scrape on the passenger side of it and the usual front rock nicks and scratches on the underside of the bumper. It simply needs a body shop to smoothen out the scrape and repaint the bumper, a simple body shop task. I planned to use it as a track-day spare bumper, but I've decided to free up more space in my garage and need to get rid of it for $100 (I paid about $230 for it from an online seller).
I just wanna get rid of it guys, let me know!

throbbing_Zon, as a heads up, the previous owner's paintmatch job on daytona blue was totally off, they must have used dupont paint instead of PPG to paint match, so I'd totally suggest repainting it if you want the bumper!

make SURE you get PPG brand paint or a body shop that uses that type if you want the paint match to be "on-point"! The paint would require less than a quart of paint, but PPG is only sold by dealers in an entire quart; the price for all the paint materials needed is about $80 and a standard body shop would charge about $100-150 to paint it, so expect to pay about 180-230ish for a body shop to repaint and smooth it out.
The best way is to buy the paint stuff yourself at a paint shop and go to a place you know that charges cheap to paint it. Sometimes when you go to a PPG specific paint shop, they REALLY charge alot; when I say alot, I mean like $400 for just the front bumper...that's too much.
