$4 Toll

I just heard on the news today that they are going to raise the toll from $3 to $4 starting next year. Does anyone know about carpool programs? I know there are places you can pick up ppl in Oakland, and you just drop them off at the bus station in SF, thus avoiding Toll and you get to drive the carpool lane. Does anyone know about anything for the Dunbarton bridge or San Mateo Bridge?

Wow! Is this the bay area bridge? I remembered when it was $2.00 for tolls on that bridge when I was stationed up there...
