Welcome aboard. It looks like you gave up looking for the original "Intro" thread. Glad to have someone else up in this part of the county (Windsor).

Welcome LeMansZCa!. It looks like you've been around her for awhile. A run will be set up sometime soon. I think mos people are waiting for more predictable weather.
If you're available Saturday the 22nd SticklyZ is setting up a dyno day. You could meet some of the locals there.

Here's the thread with some of the info. I suggest you contact Yuichi @ StrictlyZ for more details. He will probably post here again too.

We had a real nice run in West Marin about a month ago. Maybe next month.

Default Kissed a Bobcat

I picked up my Z on Sept. 30. Exactly one month later, i was driving out to Sebastopol from Healdsburg at dusk, when a Bobcat shot out from the bushes, apparently blinded by my Zenon, ran right into the grill, cracking several areas of the front grill and skin. The worst part about it was the little f**ker rolled about 12 times and ran into the bushes. It took about 5 weeks to get replacement parts from Nissan, as they had no inventory.
It's back to looking great again, Thanks to Redwood Auto Body in Healdsburg, but that was one Hell of an ordeal.
The funny thing about the whole story, is I owned a 240Z for 30 years and never hit or got hit by anything! Sure hope it's not a bad sign?

Glad to have you and your car back in action. No wonder you weren't posting. Had no idea you were out of action.

Blame the hit on the big flat front end.
