How about we meet at Applebee's this time? Or in the parking lot between In and Out and Applebee's. We can eat, party and watch the cars from inside.
Less traffic from the other club as well. When do ya want to plan this? Tomorrow night and next Friday ... Or, just next Friday?

We agree it's open to all Nissans of all years.
We should start slow and invite those that we know.
However, along the way all is invited as they find out from members.

It's a little different club. We want to see 240's, pumped Altima
decked out G35 Sedans etc... We had a really nice Black G35 Sedan
last time. I think we spent more time in it than any of the other cars.
It did a good job in the twisties too. Heck, I might bring the Pathfinder one time. It's kinda cool. But, I'll have to bring up the rear.
However, we just tour ... not race. We'll maybe the racers are at the front.

I'll be at Applebee's tonight at 7p to see who shows up. That is the one in Mc Carthy Ranch @ 880 and 237 FWYS. If no one shows, I'm out of there by 7:30p. Last time it was supposed to be three. I think we ended up with 8 cars.

Last time it was a blast! It was the people that made it. That is why there is such a interest in keeping it going. We focus more on what we do instead of the cars for some reason. Come to find out we all have interesting hobbies, jobs, and places we have toured to that we shared as well.

Since I am a project manager, in the future, I plan to have a main topic to discuss or two and maybe a speaker or shop owner come and talk to us.

I think we want to be open to the girls as well. However, we need to work that out. I'm sure my wife is in once a couple of other girls show up.

The idea was every other week or so. I think we have one speaker per month however... That's about all I can muster. Jon might help pull it together as well. We decided that we would work together to make it a fun and different kind of club. It's our experiment.

I would like to set up racing , camping, rifle range , water sking, touring events this summer.

We'll see if there is any interest.

That's my take on it.

Come with your ideas .... I'll be taking pictures and notes tonight.

We'll trade mobile numbers, screenames, ID who is with what car for those that want to share.

As you see, we have colorful members.

nitrouz - So far, it's just tonight @ 7p. If the majority say Sat at 7p I'll change. However, right now it is set for tonight. I think most people think of Saturday Night as date night. Do you work every Friday night? I have to work late on Fridays sometimes as well. So, I'm not against it. Plus, the wife might like a Sat Club meeting if other girls came. Then that opens up rides to the city for dancing etc...

So far still on for tonight. Let us know what you guys want.
Jon your thoughts? Are Sat better or worse for you since your sharing this responsibility. Maybe we do a Fri(AJ) meet this week then in two weeks a Sat(Jon) then two weeks a Fri(AJ) meet and so on. We can also set it up so that if one of us can't make it the other can. AND .... those that have to work on Friday nights can make it to the Saturday meets every four week.

Make sense? Heck .... Now were going to have a calendar to post our events and meets. That's OK it's worth it to me if you help out Jon.

I can hardly wait to get some stuff to fill the calendar and we will have different people run different event etc... Sounds like fun !!!!

well i guess i got there a bit late, 7:15 and didn't catch anyone. but i did see a BRAND NEW S550, the mini maybach. goddamn that was sweet. i snapped a pic with my cell and i'll post that later

 

Err, Sorry ... I got stuck working myself. Last minute Presentation for my boss who is going to Ireland tomorrow. Marketing can be fun !!!

Oh well, it will worth it next month when I get the suspension and tires.

OK, I just got back from spending the whole weekend at Davis. OMG, so many young ppl drunk cute cuties. I loved it. Anyways, since it seems like nothing happened this last Friday, let's plan something for this comming up weekend. I think there will be a better turnout since of the earlier planning.
