anyone MTB (XC or freeride)
so does anyone mountain bike cross country or freeride?
i know that many of you ride motorcycles...wish i had the ***** to also haha...maybe later
my bike:
2002 K2 Launch 4.0 full suspension mountain bike.
27-speed.
Medium frame
Frame: K2 Launch with Hydroformed toptube, adjustable geometry & Noleen NR-2 adjustable damper
Fork: Manitou Black Comp with 80-100mm travel
Components: 9-speed Shimano LX with Deore cranks & Avid mechanical disc brakes
Wheelset: WTB DualDuty rims, Shimano Deore disc hubs & WTB MutanoRaptor 2.4" tires

I ride a MTB. Used to ride the Peninsula all the time, mainly Purisima Creek and Skeggs Point. Free Ride is a different story though as the trails up here in Vancouver are fairly insane. Most guys have 8 - 9 inches of travel both front and back and it is pretty much a necessity given the nature of the trails and riding up here. Much more aggressive than anything I've seen in the Bay Area. Doubt I'll get into that scene since it's mainly fitness for me, lpus I hate pushing bikes up hill
