Default Anyone on 19s with suspension work ?

I've got Volk LE37Ts in 19 and Toyo T1S's. I'm fairly sure this affects handling, especially steering response. My whip isn't as razor sharp as I remember when I ran 18s, which was comparable to that of a stock Evo8.

Will suspension mods help me get it back to this condition ? Does anyone have a running version that they are happy with ?

It could just be your tires. Those aren't the most nimble feeling tires. I had them before the PS2's and hated them. I have 19's 255/35/19FR and 285/35/19 rear with Zeal Coilovers and Hotchkis sways on medium. Feels great.

Hmm, what do you mean by "feels great" ? And what are PS2s? Pirellis?

What I mean by feels great, is that on soft setting its 10x better than stock. It doesn't bounce or rebound really hard its smooth. On its hardest setting its very agile and ready to turn in quick but if the road is jacked (most likely) it rebounds so quick you get a little jar. Out of all the cars i rode in, I'd say they performed the most comfortable.

Sways do tighten things up nicely.

Yeah well, I do have Hotchki Sways set on, I believe medium. They didn't seem to make much difference in steering response, which is my primary interest. I just want the car to react very quickly when I turn the wheel, especially at highway speeds, instead of lagging behind.

Bar, since you're probably near me, is it at all possible to feel your setup ?

Yeah we can meet up sometime. I can give you a lil demo of it. and by the way im not saying mines the best or anything, it just workes good for me. But I think your doing the right thing by wanting to experience the systems out there before deciding.
