i'd be interested in doing this as well, so if you find a good shop, please let us know. Also curious what numbers you plan on getting.

You can trust the two I mentioned mentioned to educate you They know their stuff. Cross weights are really what one is concerned with when cornerweighting. Rake should should be setup prior to getting on the scales based off of handling characteristics found at the limit.
Honestly, as I've stated before, the Z is pretty well corner weighted if you adjust your springs equally on both sides of the car. The two times my car has been on scales, no adjustments were needed, and the first time was at Unitech (who knows what they're doing). Not sure if the G35 is the same.

I happen to have access to a set of Intercomp SW500 scales with some buddies. However, the scale computer was just shipped back for warranty service/work. Nonetheless, if you guys are willing to wait for the computer to come back from service in a few weeks and are a DIY, I can investigate what the going rate would be to use the scales. The scales are currently with my buddy in Dublin.
Although I didn't have the opportunity to weigh the Z yet, I did get to check my other project, my Audi A4 on H&R Coilovers. I'll attribute the .4% cross difference to a heavy dinner and more than 1/2 tank of gas ...
The Stats read like this (with me, ~215lbs, and about 3/4 tank)
1011 976
3449
763 698
L 1773 51.5%
F 1987 57.6%
R 1460 42.4%
Cross 1739 50.4%
Rear Bite 65
