Default transmission problem?

Today as i was driving a bit more aggressive than usual. As i was going from 1st to 2nd, the gear felt like it wants to pop out as i was shifting. It just happened today. I've been reading some of the threads, and some have said that this is a tail tail sign of transmission problem. Is this true? Do you guys think that this might cause a concern? My car is a 03 touring with 26000 miles. thanks....any comments would be helpful..

Default Transmission problem

I have that problem too. And I reported that to them when the car has 50Kmiles. And so now everything I shift to 5th gear it grinds. They said that I would need to spend first $800 to take it apart and from then they'll be able to figure it out if they will replace for free.

Keep me updated in your situation with the dealer. Also, Is anyone out here that had a transmission problem and the dealer was able to replace for free and if so...how did you present or agrue your case to the dealer. Cause my dealer is giving me a hard time. Thanks in advance.

Had my first 03 Z transmission replaced twice. Different dealers . . . they've had something like 7 revisions since it first came out. Serramonte wanted me to pay money to take a look at it and that was BS. They know those trannys have issues.
