This will be an lay back and enjoy the beautiful scenery type of "drive" but, there will be some low speed, high G truns tho, and lots of switch back, 180 degree turns for the initial few miles, so be prepared if you have not been thru this route before, but after Stenson Beach the road become wider and less twisty. Do hope you could join us!

 

There are about 11 G35 sign up, with other 6~8 from here? this meet isnt exactly samll by G35's standards , Actually I was hoping this meet would be small, cus last few G35 meet had surprisingly large trun outs, its bit difficult to make my way to say "HI" to everyone and we tend to gather in different groups with one's that we knew from before and not really convers with others. With smaller meets, we have no choice but to talk to everyone and have greater chance to get to know one and other.

 

Hmm, ok sounds good.. I've done a few twisty runs with the car before, but not this one specifically... Maybe I'll go run it sometime this week. Either way, count me in. My 15 year old brother is staying with me, and he loves cars, so this will be a good chance for him to do something he enjoys...

Oh, and lets not all forget, there is the Seafood, Art, and Wine Festival in Bodega Bay this coming weekend, so expect traffic, tourists, and lots of yuppies...

Hello all, Just couple of friendly reminders, please gas up prior to arriving at meeting locations, and importantly, please understand where and how to get to the meeting locations and driving route independently, especially during the drive, don’t just follow the car in front of you, you can not assume that they know where they going. we will tackle this drive in an lay back, relaxed kind of fashion, so please take easy and enjoy the scenery.

If you have two-way radio? Please bring it, I will be on channel 7, see you all tomorrow.

If you going to be caravaning from EastBay? I wont be hard to spot, basically just look for a big asian guy hanging around in the parking lot and dont forget? we are leaving at 10:15 sharp.

Yeah, it was great to meet all you guys -- v. nice drive too, got stuck behind some very sloooooow white pick-up trucks on the way back tho'. (what is it about white pick-ups and thier drivers?)

I thought I was smoking crack but know that I re-read it, I think the meet up point directions posted were inaccurate?


Location -- The parking lot behind Walgreen/Safeway (227shoreline hwy., Mill valley ca 94941), next to Bell’s market and across from Chevron (204 Flamingo Rd, Mill Valley, CA 94941).

I am familuar with that Chevron, as I have gased up there many times before on motorcycle rides. I saw the Walgreens and the Bell market, however I didn't see any Safeway in that shopping center???

I drove about 3/4 mile North on whatever that North to South street is and found a Safeway there. Cruised all over that parking lot a didn't see any Z's and left that lot at 11:30am drove and just waited on Hwy1 for you guys to show up.

Then in Olema I think it was. I kept going when you guys pulled off because I had to GO bad and didn't want to get left behind, so I went ahead and did my business and waited again for you guys.

So you weren't really being stalked

 

haha yeah we all just went and pissed in the trees by the school cause we all had to go really badly

and then when we started going u pulled in front of me realllllly quickly kinda scary haha but all good

and then u went to chevron and we lost u again!
