My info about Scotts is derived from:
A fellow named Rob has two very tricked out Datsuns (510 and 240Z) SR20 turbo upgrade on the 510 which is very well done with superb workmanship. I also have talked with someone from Scotts at a ZONC gathering and he was very hyped up about Datsun/Nissan and seemed very knowledgeable.
Rob left SP and opened his own shop, called Z Car Garage. 408 452 0350, www.zcargarage.com

There are only two shops I know of with dyno's on Lafayette in San Jose and one is an above ground.

The only shop I know of on Lafayette with an in-ground dyno is SP.

I wouldn't call that substantiation, but it's a source.

Does anyone know for sure?

I was thinking of doing a Vortech on my Z and I know they've done several so I was talking about it when I ran into this.

I've heard the same...

Hmmm....I'm gonna have to check this out. I know Ted had talked about moving the shop before, because he wasn't really fond of the location (next to that parts distributor with all the delivery traffic). Hope the worst case, or anything for that matter, is just speculation.

If he's just changing locations, that's cool.
