If no one has one available...you can always ask Ben from shine-auto. I think he has a template.

I actually do have the real Varis. It was pain in the *** to install, but thanks to CEO350z, he was able to finally finish in 3 hours.

The template he got was actually smaller than the Actual piece. So he had to cut the outline a tad larger in order to fit the duct properly. It turned out really nice when it was done.

giving credit to john for this one, but either my printer shrunk it down or something. there was still a lot of additional cutting involved.

as to the 3 hours, this is the second installation i've done. previous one was on my car. so i thought it was a simple 20 minute job. i was wrong. vince's bumper was 2-3 times the thickness of my stock bumper. so after 5 minutes of using the exacto knife, i switched to a palm-sized pneumatic saw.

adam (playboy's Z) was laughing in the background because he saw vince's face when I started to rev the saw. i swore he was about to faint. don't worry, i made slow progressive cuts.

i'll post the pictures of the patient and surgery when i get a chance.

Seeing my front bumper getting cut up was not something i'd like to witness. But when i walked into the garage while kit was getting ready to cut the bumper, i litterally closed my eyes, turned around, and walked out of the garage. It wasn't a good site.

the one on my car took 5 actual minutes and 15 "oh crap i'm gonna cut into my bumper" minutes. the exacto knife gave me precise control and very clean edges.

Default Varis Air duct

Well, I never installed a Varis Air duct for myself or even anyone else. I wouldn't mind doing any free install for anybody. Pratice makes perfect.
