Default Stockies on just rears?

When I used to race in my RSX i would put my stockies on my fronts w/ drag radials.

Since I have never raced my Z yet I was wondering if anyone ever puts the stocks back on the rear only? Reason i ask is because it is a ***** to get the front wheels on my car because of this stupid bolt that is a pain to line up that goes through a hole on my front rim.

I just didn't want to race in 19" rims

Thanks!

This is of course at the track and not on the streets. Also, I have noticed that it is muhc harder to spin my 19" rims because the tires are so sticky.. So which would you do?

1. Stock 17" wheels on the rear with DRs - check.
2. Remove the bolt, as blaukal said.
3. The 19" wheels don't make more "stick". I'm sure it's a combination of three things: a) wider tire b) new wheels = new tires, new tires have better traction than worn tires, c) 19" wheels are probably heavier than what you had on as stock before, so it's a realized decrease in power.

Thanks! Yah, I had never thought of removin it. It wasn't a huge deal putting on the aftermarket rims but I needed help to do it since I couldn't get it straight w/ that stupid bolt. I will remove it though and put on my other rims when I race.

Thanks.
