Default sam here

this happened to me a while back. my car was actually pushed about a foot. and when i cam out the rear of the car was in the air a little higher then usuall. so i sat their untill the *itch cam back and she said she didnt hit it. i showed her that she was still on my bumper and she denied it still. so i called the cops and they settled it and since i had a rear lip kit going on i juss used the 450 buck i got from them to pay my car payment.

That drive seems to have done that before. I can see the damage to the passenger side corner of their bumper cover. What a douchebag.

How do they work? Just clamp on and yank? Where can I find one of these as it is less incriminating than a knife to slash tires.

No updates, no call yet. If he doesn't feel the need to call, I will indeed get my ins. co involved.

So this woman that parked like this just called me. She admitted fault and has contacted her insurance company to start the process of repair. Gave me all her info and insurance info.

At least she was smart enough to man up about it - I hate dragging people to small claims court.

Photoshop the pictures to indicate your pet being killed in the incident.

That's all fine and dandy but doesn't prove who bumped into who though. It only proves two cars touching each other.

Its sufficient when 1) All of my neighbours know I haven't moved my car because they saw it in the exact spot that morning and 2) The other party admits fault as she did.

Further update:

The woman really did call her insurance and admit fault and start a claim. I spoke with her insurance today, and they will be sending their adjuster to have it looked at and cut me a check to get it fixed.
