well, i think we are finally outgrowing out townhouse and ready for a move.

So if anyone know of anyone who is renting a single family house, please let me know..

requirements:

1. $2000 rent or less

2. 2 BR minimum (3 preferred)

3. MUST HAVE a single door tow car garage or more and can accomodate my install business. any additional room is a plus (i.e. car port, detached garage space behind the house etc etc)

4. safe neighborhood

5. ready to move in july/august.

6. area i want to stay in southbay (san jose, milpitas etc), but willing to look all the way north to mountainview and fremont.

thats it, i am also scouring the craigslist and other listings, but figured i might as well enlist some help here

no, just spaec to work, finally got a HOA complaint, een though i am pretty sure its not me, there is someone recently moved in cutting wood at light midnight, but since i have been there for so long, i am pretty sure whom ever filed the complaint assumed it was me...sigh...

but its bound to happen i guess, and i wnat some more privacy anyway...
