Got speeding ticket 100+ m.p.h.
You might as well pay the ticket and move on bro. You go to court and challenge that ticket and lose, they will hang you by your nutz.
Oh, and definitely learn some english before you go to court.

My goodness........learn how to spell first before you post anything here. Lets not even get started if you end up in court. They would prob just laugh at you and give you a fine. By the way, why were you going that fast? Pulling a fast and the furious?
Fellas, be nice
. Although we all get a laugh when someone makes grammar and spelling errors ... and these are pretty BAD ... don't rub it in too much.
As funny as your responses are
, keep in mind that he did something stupid
and got caught (100mph+). Then, he posted a thread requesting advice
and made some serious English errors
. If this thread is for real
, "Eithan" is probably still shaking in his boots from contact with the citing officer
... let alone the fact that he might be facing jail time
. I don't blame him for not posting any more comments on this thread, at least until he acquires a dictionary
(sorry, had to say it) but we sure don't want to deter anyone from posting concerns.
Eithan, I'm sorry to say, but your spelling and grammar are pretty bad, you're completely busted for speeding recklessly and you'll be lucky if you get off with a $1000.00 fine + a suspended license + a few days in jail. Just maybe, if your record is fairly clean and jail overcrowding is an issue in your county, you can qualify for a work program instead of jail.
Consult with an attorney well before your court date.
Good Luck! You're going to need it!

Good luck... When I got clocked for 100mph, I went to court and the judge said the minimum is $600 Fine, 2pts, and 1 month suspended license and its not traffic school eligible. You better have an untouchable reason for going 100+ especially on 880

That's a good reason!!!
Here's the perfect face for when you're almost there and then you see that there's no more TP
Another related good reason would be if you really had to
By the way, it's at the officer's discretion whether to take you immediately to jail for that type of violation. Most officers will cite and release at the scene rather than go through all of the time and paperwork of arranging a tow for your vehicle, arresting, transporting and booking you when your just going to be released on a "promise to appear" in four to six hours anyway.
That doesn't mean that it's any less trouble once you hit the courtroom. That violation is seen as very serious in court. Here in San Joaquin County judges usually fine $1000.00 + suspend your license for 6mo. + sentence you to 3-10 days in jail. If you're lucky, the judge might offer you a work program instead of jail time. These programs are very strict and cost quite a bit of $$.
i made a really bad decision when i was 17 and i got pulled over at like 101 the officer said tat people were calling it in and that is how the caught me, anyhow i was on probation for 3 years even though i was 18 when i got convicted i had to pay 1400 dollars and do 10 work program with a 2 day option for good behavior and sho up in court every couple of months, i missed one of the court dates and they came and arrested me and i sat in jail or a weekend. so it can get pretty serious, and all this stuff only showed up on my minor record they claim but i dont know about that cuas i think once your fingerprints are in the system then everyone knows you went to jail

You should go down to your local Juvenile Justice Center and request that your record be "sealed". If you accomplish that, you will never have to disclose anything that you were caught for as a minor again.
