well sac raceway pretty much sucked tonight. i didnt do as good as i should have/thought i would do.

the heat KILLS this car though! lol. a best time of 14.3?!
WTF! my bests of the night (not all of which were in the same races)

1/4 mile- 14.3 (i could have and should have done WAY better but my first time drag racing a RWD car and i only have a pop charger/plenum spacer for a mod so not too bad. next time will be better)

all of these NEED to improve. that was not good, and somewhat disappointing. to be 100% and not making up excuses, it was my own dumbass fault, my A/C was on on my 2nd to last race, and i forgot to turn traction controll off on my last race. i was getting too caught up in it and just needed to chill out and do my thing. maybe i'll go back in a few months or so. eh. what ev.

this saturday some of the school kids at my church are doing a car wash to raise money for their summer camp. so they are doing a car wash for donations,
so i was wondering if any of you would be interested in going?

 

Maybe a little better next time, but i think if we runn the car stock we'll probably be in the 13.7-14.3 range.

I was messing with my co-worker, he got a 93 civic hatch. He got me... Like you, my traction control was ON!!

 

I just washed my car tonight, although for a good cause I would go. It's late and I am still debating Black Hawk tomorrow. So I may hit the road for Danville, it would have to be at 7:00 am. I am wanting to get back early, so I could swiing by later. PM me with the address or post it here.

 

OK...I just checked out the next photo shoot location. Only problem is, it’s short notice. The place is going to be having a grand opening (it was tonight)
and once that happens you can kiss it good bye for awhile or never again a chance like this.

I scoped out the place tonight and I was able to get in and check it out and snap off a few pics. The place is untouched never before shot on camera, damn it should be, it's spanking new. It's class and has a great theme and fantastic back drops and a Vegas (2 of them ) style fountains.

Gotta be tomorrow night (SAT) cuz after that the chance may not be there again, then again maybe, but it's a crap shoot on that. Enough yammering here are the pics I took tonight. I would say the best time to go, would be the time I went tonight which is 10:00 pm. There is still construction going, but plenty of very large areas that are finished with finished back drops.


Lets get something going... I am thinking later, to contact the girls from you know, and pay them for an onsite location shoot, there. Imagine all of our cars in front of the fountain and the girls inside the fountain, behind our carz.
