Saw a Solar Orange, personalized plates, southbound on Watt around 1:30pmish, waved but got nothing back. Also a Redline with gold rims eastbound on Fruitridge about 2-2:30, couldn't catch up, I got caught behind some retard going 15mph is his 93' Buick with 24's and bumpin bass.

db on Stanford Ranch Rd at intersection of Costco, guy was waving out the window through the intersection at about 9:45 am. I gave him the peace sign, but it may have been too late.
Then again another db, looked like a chick driving, south bound hwy 65 onto I-80 wb, behind me till I got off at greenback, at about 10:30 am.

I was on Standford Ranch at about 9:45 am too on Thursday

I was in the SS with a billet grill on Stanford Ranch & Five Start Blvd heading towards hwy 65. The db was heading eastbounnd on Five Star Blvd coming from the direction of Costco.
