Will a 03 G35 Diff bolt right on to the 06 350z base

the diff from the G Has LSD and is from an 5at (auto), its complete with output shafts, was wondering if it will bolt on or not. Im planing to buy it, thats if it will fit and install a set of 4.08s in it, please let me know Thanks.

Yes it is the same diff.
