Bay Area Z sighting thread
Yesterday arround 5:30 PM on 80E in Fairfield. Saw this sick UL. it had a body kit I'd never seen anywhere. I couldn't catch up to it due to traffic but the rear portion actually wrapped around the exhaust (Kind of an oval shape around each side) and I think it was actually molded onto the car. The thing looked mean as hell from the rear. The wing looked to be a bit smaller than the Nismo one.

Spotted a SB with a polynesian type necklace or neck rope hanging from the rear view mirror around 12:45PM at the WAMU bank in Sunnyvale. You just turned into the parking lot I was on my way out after giving you a quick wave.
Spotted a DBR with chrome rims and top down in the Fairoaks left turn lane (to El Camino South) around 5:20PM. I turned onto Fairoaks from El Camino South.
On my way back, around 6:50PM spotted a DB heading East on Fairoaks passing Spoons, I was heading West to Cali Ave./Central Express.

Greystone lane!!! I used to live farther up on top of the hill on that road in Almaden from when I was first born through 5 yrs old. That brings back lot's of memories. When I was a teenager my first car was a cherry 1973 240Z. It had a custom met silver paint job, 411 posi, header & intake. (It was the very first Z car Greg Scott (SP) ever laid his hands on when he worked on the neighborhoods cars, by the way. He never looked back after that.) But anyway one night me and a buddy, Mark Grover, were leaving a party and going for a drive on Greystone, he was passed out. I was doing about 90 and there was a big black & dead dog in the middle of my lane up ahead. Nothing i could do but hit it dead on. I thought "this is the end". My Z seemed to get airborn over it and never lost a beat. It was creepy because I thought it felt like it's stiff legs were tumbling underneath the unibody. Scared the crap out of me but only messed up the front airdam and my shorts. This had to be in 1979.
I'll never forget those Almaden days.
So many Z stories from then.

I saw you but I think I was futzing with the stereo or something. My landlord lives back in that neighborhood, was paying rent. You live or work over there?

around 8:55 AM, drove by a PPW with a support out troops bumper sticker on the back bumper. You were heading north on Remington just before the El Camino intersection (next to In & Out). I gave you an over the roof wave before turning left onto El Camino.

Just got back from there now & spotted a CS Coupe with the Nismo Wing. Gave each other the thumbs up as we drove passed each other.
