Hello all I'm going to sf Thursday night and I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good clubs?please no gay or ******* clubs! I will be drunk but not that drunk lol

 

Ruby Sky...dunno if thursday is popping though...or you could go by the Filmore and see whats shakin'.

 

There are no clubs in SF that she-males and gheys don't go to.

 

Yep..cannot get away from that partying in SF.

not sure about 21 n up.but try iconlounge in sf they have one every thursday but not sure if its cracking.dont go to city nights every thursday i think its for gay people.lol

 

Ruby sky should be around 20 bucks depends who's there...The Filmore is the same way...they have rock bands and dance music...so price's will vary...I would tell you to check out 1015 but I think it is gay night or something on thursday.


EDIT: Filmore is worth going because of all the old Rock stuff they have in there.

i been to gravity twice. i actually thought this place was pretty sweet so we went back a 2nd time the next week! its very cramped though - but what crackin' place wouldn't be? the club is long and narrow with the bar on your left when you walk in, lounge tables on your right and the dance floor @ the back.

i think it was $10 or $15 cover - don't quote me though.

 

i think icon is $20 to $15.try club temple its infront of club NV.you should try CLUB BOSS its across city nights.

 

Dude there are quite a few Try Club NV, Fluid, Temple, Suite 181. It all depends on what kind of crowd you want. There are a bunch of bars down in the Marina Triangle with lots of single ladies.

 

i think club NV SUCKS! but try 181 boss temple or you can go to burlingame at club blush its every thursday and mz. lynzie is there she's a bartender.if you dont know her shes a import model and i think she's hella fione.

 

ruby sky = way over priced drinks. if yur trying to be coo with a chick or see somebody famous go there. if you want easy chicks, cheap booze and good music go to the filmore or 181, wanna see some fkd up stuff go to DNA

 

When I go to the city, I skip the clubs and get Full Service.

 

^^^I married so that's out the question lol,ok now we are going Friday night,in looking for dance/club hit type of music, a cool crowd and not a bunch of ******* trying to start s?&t and in a decent area?

I would say Temple. I was just there its a two level club so you get a variaty of both music and people. NV is good at times but lately is has goteen alittle dirty but they do play good music and there is always a crowd. 181 is alittle ghetto and in the ghetto. Fluid is in a good area, always a Ferrari, Porche, or something nice parked out front, but the club is alittle smaller, and music is not all that good. You can go to Impala and then if it sucks there are quite a few other smaller clubs in that area that you can walk to. Pick a few and sign up for the quest list its usually either discounted rate or sometimes free entry before 12. But if it were my choice I would say Temple its newer nicer, good music, and a decent crowd. Check out the SF clubs link or just do a search online. The good thing about that area around Temple is you have NV(LUX now), Fluid, and a few others within walking distance, and its a decent section of town so you dont have to watch your back.

I vote for Temple. Nice big club with 3 separate dance floors, go-go dancers, fairly priced drinks, and they play a variety of music which attracts a diverse crowd. I never liked NV (I think the name's changed now). Gravity is small but a nice little chill place to hang out. Suite 181 is okay but the area (Tenderloin) is ghetto as hell and street cleaning is like at 1am. Fluid's a pretentious looking club with a bunch of condescending bouncers whom can't find a higher paying job.
