Anyone looking for a room to rent out?
4 bedroom house + loft
The place is in Union City in a nice area.
1 of the rooms available is a good sized master bedroom w/ its own bathroom w/ shower...that is $850
Another room is a good sized bedroom, that is $600
There is also a loft, which can be used as a bedroom...its decently sized...that is $400
It has a dining room, family room, living room, atrium, big kitchen.
It also has a pretty good size backyard as well.
NO GARAGE PARKING. Plenty of street parking.

We usually put new setups on our black shop Z whenever a new style/color comes out. Having a white Z in the rotation would work out well
