This is posted on our forum, but I want to do a caravan up to it. This will be a really fun drive and a great time :at the "Alameda Naval Base".
I have mapped it, and planned for a suggested time departure with some built in safety time for unexpected stops, and even to meet up with another group possibly on the way up. So who would be interested on this. Check out the thread it's got the picks and more info. Also we can park for $5 inside a hanger, or outside for free. I like the hanger idea, nice background for the cars. If you want to park in the hanger be sure to note it. If anybody wants to go up, let's make a list.

Okay, if we get 10+ before the 11th we can reserve, or go together in a group and then park in a group in the hanger itself. We'll have to see what we have. Also we may be hooking up with more on the way up. Let's see what happens. Departure from Salinas should be around 10:00am and that gives us nice and easy travel time, and meet up time with others north.

I got my $5 even if I cant make it. My modding plans are a bit aggressive but if my car is in driving status I will be rolling out of Fremont with Ed.

I think parts will be rolling in around that time. 50/50 on my car being stock on this day or the first weekend the car starts to come apart. If the car isn't drivable I will just hitch a ride with you if you have room.

I figure we leave Salinas at 9:00am, which is a nice easy time to depart, with stops for meeting up with others and anything else along the way, we should be there by 12:00. This should work out good, and Ed also noted 12:00 as a good time to get there due to large number of vehicles, etc. I would like if possible have everybody pm me their Cell#'s, so I can make contact as we move and meet at locations, so nobody is missed. I promise not to put them in the New York Post too.

sup fellas,
I post on g35driver. I just wanted to get together so we can reserve a spot in the hangar. We are also meeting @ Beshoff Infiniti in East San Jose off of 101. I figure that we can get the Z's and G's together. Just let me know so i can go between forums and get this going by the way i got nothing bu love for Z's...my cousin works @ Capitol Nissan in parts so if you ever need something just give me a holler. He owns a 300zx Twin turbo

Do you all have a group large enough yet? If not maybe add our list to yours, and we'll meet at the Beshoff Infiniti with you all at a designated time. Then all together head out to the event. I think this sounds like a good plan as to get all together, and catch eveybody else along the way. I don't know the area, but if you got the address on Beshoff Infinity, I'll put it in my GPS and we'll meet with your group at the doorstep. This would definitely make a good group if to park in the hanger together. Let me know.
Say, Guys, if you are close to the location we can meet there, and also with cell#'s I can call you and meet along the way also as we are on the move and end up with a nice group it sounds like. I sent pm to Mobbin, so we can possibly plan out the meeting up. Let's start figuring out where eveybody is, and then plan the route completely. What Say???...

Well, if we can get a group together, maybe join Mobbin, then we all can go together. As to paying, I really am not up on that, and Ed and I have pm'd each other also. This is a trying to figure out one. I don't do paypal, actually never have, and don't even have an idea how to. I reckon when we get there, if need be, that's another reason to leave early and get there early.
I got the location in my GPS, lets start listing the meeting spots so we can hook up along the way. I will leave Salinas at 9:00am from the Nissan Dealership here in Salinas. If anybody in the area here, i.e. Monetery, etc. we could depart from here and then catch the next car at the next location, and so forth. Post the locations, so I can put them in my GPS and will come to each at estimated time so as we can all get together. Don't want to leave anybody out. And pm me you cell# if you have one to help make sure nobody is missed, as you pm me yours, Ill pm you mine. Ed, I got yours, and I pm'd mine to you now.
