hey i am in the southbay...i have ATT currently with the services of phone and Internet. i miss how fast cable was.... my question is due to my complex there is something going on with the box that does the switching. is there any way you can contact my apartment complex and have it dealt between my apartment and comcast?

hey ive a qns! my comcast contract expired last month and i didnt have the time to extend it for another year so i can get it at the promotional rate so this month they charged me almost twice as much! Is there anyway i can tell them to backdate it if i tell em i wanna sign up for another year? im in southbay btw and i haven't called them yet. can u help me pls, thanks!
