I've got a set of lowering springs that I'd like installed. The two shops I talked to quoted me $300 for the install. Is this a fair price? If not, does anyone have a recommendation for a shop in the East Bay? Thanks!

go to twin cam motorsports in concord, CA. They charged me $150 for my other car and were done in less then 2hours
or speed element in fremont, I've heard nothing but good things about them.
