or too all the head organizers involved in this event, i have some questions from a possible DJ. can i get this answered asap.

How long do they have to stay? when do they have to come? What equipment do they have to bring? What kind of music to play? Age group?

btw im Arlin...not sure if some of you know me, but im helping out. haha

 

Hey Arlin,

The time of the BBQ is from 10-5. Would be cool if he/she could be there by 10am and we will start wrapping it up around 4pm.

Equipment, its an out door event so some big speakers would be key. Doesn't have to get too fancy, just play music.

The majority of the group will be in their 20's a few in their 30's but not many that can say they saw Sinatra perform live will be there

As for music... Its a car gathering so anything up beat would work.

Caravan?

I am down for it. Coming all the way from Sac, so there should be a lot of peeps I can hook up with. I am thinking of meeting at Z Car Garage or earlier in my route.

 

I would really reccomend people doing caravans to Performance Art. Someone who ever has GPS or knows where its at to lead. Just to make sure no one gets lost. im pretty much saying what everyone knows haha. Im not sure what locations some of the people are coming from but surley everyone should have a destination point.

 

Ok so my girlfriend pulled some strings and got 102.5 to dj for us tomorrow!
