Default new sway bars just arrivedI

I am installing a set of Stillen sway bars. They arrived today and will be installed next wednesday, just in time for my track day at Infineon 10-25. I would like to know if anyone else has upgraded thier suspension with only sway bars? What should I do for the next upgrade?

Talk with a suspension expert, and buy the book, 'How to Make Your Car Handle' by Fred Puhn (HP Books). anti-roll bars p 148.
It is important to achieve a balance the springs, shocks, sway bars, and tires to meet the requirements for your type of driving.

Changing only the sway bars might change the handling characteristics for the better or might make it worse. How do the Stillens differ from stock?

Stiffer rear sway bars usually result in more oversteer. stiffer front sway bars usually result in more understeer.

Default results of new sway bars

I participated in a track day at Sears Point yesterday. I am very happy with the new sway bars. They are Stillen's adjustable set. I have them at the 30% stiffer setting. It noticebly reduced the body roll over the stock sway bars. I found the handling to be neutral and predictable. Through the corners there was initially a bit of understeer followed by a predictable amount of slight oversteer exiting the corners. Now the weakest part of the handling seems to be the relatively tall sidewalls of the 17" tires. It felt as if the tires were flexing a lot. I think the best size to upgrade to for better handling is 18". Does any one agree? I've heard that 19" is more for show than go, yet I read an article about Stillen's modified 350Z and they were using 19". What's the deal?
