Actually, pateluma is under one hour from my home. I just see you over there. Yeah, I need put some miles on my Z. It's just parked in garage and waiting for Aug 14th.... It's too low to take it to work/city. I got stuck in parking lot drive way once.

Sunny, we will have a caravan start in Roseville -Panera, then meet up in W. Sac at the Chevron before the causeway and pick up another caravan in Fairfiled then off to the main staging area in Petaluma. Look for Rsvl/Sac/F.Field caravan info soon.

I will add you to the list, need your car model and name for the list. Thx and welcome to the Summers End Run that is destined to top the previous three runs.

Curtis knows great roads and organizes runs well. You'll have fun. Hope to see more Z people from bay area. Well worth your drive.
Thx Jun for the props, you guys should start up a bay area caravan as there are peeps on other forums prolly checking for one to start. Just pick a spot and make it happen, post it and they will come.

Sry I have ignored this thread for awhile, I have been very busy offline with two particpants that live in the vicinty of the route and have been scoping out photo ops locations. I will have an updated list later this week or weekend. We are up to about 17-20 cars.

I have been prepping the cars for The First Fridays at The Fountains in Roseville Car Show scheduled for this Friday night. Check out the thread in the Nor Cal region.

Sunny, you should come out Friday, it's local for you!

Casey, that is great, you know any frined of yours is welcomed. We actually have the two vettes, an evo ...no smart car yet...haha.

You might want to come over the hill from Reno Friday night and crash in the spare room. It is going to be a loooong day. Or come over Sat early morning and then spend Sat night here. Just throwing out some options.

Post up your friends name so I can add him to the list. And he is welcomed to sleep on the couch.

Hey Curtis, do you know about what time the Chevron meet will be? I have a friend coming with me and he needs to know what time to be at my place. I took a wild *** guess and told him by 8am since Maps said 90 minutes to get there and meetup in petaluma was 10am.

Our caravan will be arriving at Petaluma at 9:30 am since I am the organizer and need to be there a bit earlier than everyone else.

Correct 1.5 hrs to get there from W. Sac add 15 min for W. Sac and 15 min for Fairfield stop that totals 2 hrs and I need to be in Petaluma at 9:30, so 7:30 am meetup in W.Sac.

Everyone will be on their own for dinner. Some of us have been talking about Lucilles BBQ but it's back in Rocklin (Sac area).

Open for suggestions and it can be optional for all.

Sorry folks I have not been receiving email notifications from all the posts. I have also been busy since a week ago Friday prepping both cars for the 8/6/10 car show in Roseville. Now that it's over I can devote the rest of the week to this Run.

Please do, as some may want a break after the run before they head back home.

woot...woot..this is turning out to be an awesome group. I have a hunch based on our dry run three weeks ago that this may just be the best Run out the four I have organized this year. We used to take this route on our motorcycles in the mid nineties and I had not been on it for many years. So the dry run brought back many memories and I forgot how beautiful the roads/scenery was back then and still is today. Glad you can make it! Sac/Fairfield caravan info to follow.
