why does the bay seem to be so dead?
check out Z Car Garage in San Jose! Rob Fuller, Z Sensei and owner might have some suggestions if you want some beef-ups or just where to go and meet other Z Enthusiasts.
He is also cordinating some pretty nice Z Runs/Events now!

Idk I've heard there are better tuners for the Z other than rob.....just cuz he's worked on a lot of them doesn't mean he's great at it. I've heard of this place in Texas that strictly works on Zs and they didn't really know what they were doing, but i know rob is different.I got my test pipes put on there and debating if I should geta tune there. He is just to Damn expensive. He wants about 700 just for a tune

For a more laid back approach, have you been over to http://www.zonc.org ? It's the second oldest Z Club in the USA ! While some of the events may seem pacce' there are usually around 10-40 Zs each event...Wow ! I'm over in Modesto, where it is dead! That is until ZONC came to town..Of coursde it is work seting up events over here, the return on the effort is great! New members, friends and a lot of Zs!. Don't be discouraged if your Z is stock, cause they all start out that way. Look , ask, and decide which mods you want to do, Plan them out so you don't go broke 1/2 way into the project. You will be very happy with the results. Rob over at ZCAR Garage is fair in pricing , but you get what you pay for and Good Z Parts are not cheap!. Check out their site as well; http://www.zcargarage.com He hosts several serious Z events that just might make you very happy. Today, in the N Valley, we're going on a run over to a couple of nice locations ; Apple Ranch and Cheese Factory. Long country roads going towards Yosemite. Good luck in your quest. Contact Jason in ZONC who is the Santa Clara Area Z Rep. Share your ideas and set up a nice run up the side of Mount Hamilton..Lots of nice twisties!
