Just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent service I've received at Dirito Nissan in Walnut Creek. I've brought my Z to Dirito to get a few TSB issues performed. While it did take them 2 tries to get my driver side window properly aligned after getting the window grease TSB done, Aaron Larkin's (service advisor) "customer is always right" attitude is what keeps me going back. Not confrontational at all, no matter how picky I get....and a free loaner car as well!

I received very good service from Aaron as well. Dirito installed my Nismo cat back exhaust.

As an aside: While I was waiting, one of the salesmen was telling me they had just sold a brand new roadster and the customer requested a Stillen super charger put on it right away. Dirito Bros. took care of him. Cool!

 

Just curious, how much did they charge to install your exhaust?

 

It was $110, which I thought was a little high as compaired to Performance @ $80.
But, Walnut Creek as a whole is an expensive place anyway.

The upside is that I got the exhaust for 10% above cost and didn't have to pay any shipping, so I still saved some $'s.

 

Also wanna give Dirito Bros. a good word!
I bought my Z there back in 11.02, people where great, best car buying experience. LC. "Had the best price for the Z at the time!"

Service is also awesome, I'm actually willing to drive all the way out to Wallnut Creek to get my service done!
