When you do it, let me know how it goes. I'm in the market to do this too, but I'd like someone local that I can reference for any applicable help that I might need.

he was just joking around. but seriously i think if you get a ballast made by a good company you should be ok. i would suggest Hella.
there are cheaper ones out there like HID PLUS and a whole bunch from Korea and China that also look ok. look on ebay.

i wasnt joking henry. michelle thought that i was dissin her HID. mine are some taiwanese generic HIDs. when u flick em on, they light up with a tinge of green for about 10 or more secs then to a brilliant white (6000k). it's all good once they're white but that greenness just isnt cool. but they're brighter than stock z HIDs so that's good. i've seen some HID PLUS (think they're made by a company called SPW) and theirs are TOO BLUE, IMO. i know some people that have gotten pulled over. well anyways, this thread is old i think so u probably wont even see this.

For some first timers... it took us quite a long time... but if i had to redo it... it probably could be done in 2-3 hours... (not that i would ever do it again... )
