Default Mazda Rev It Up in Alameda 3/6 3/7

I hadn't seen a local post about this, and I was wondering if anyone here is planning to go to this. Any one go to the last one? Anyone know why they are doing it with RX-8s?

oops, sorry, that was a typo, they are doing it with the mazda 3 (whimpy automatic) I would definitely go if they had a more exciting car. I am not really sure if I am going to sign up or not.

Default are you sure?

I just visited the mazda site and it did say you'll be driving 3's and 6's but it didnt say auto or stick? Are you sure they are autos?

It also said you could drive any of the new mazdas at the "drive center" track including miata and rx8. I'm assuming since this is a closed couse you can have some fun with this. Anyone have any further info?
