Not sure how to pronounce it either but I'm now a firm believer that Nepenthe is greek for "tough steak" at least the gorgonzola onion butter on top was delicious.

What I meant was the bill, my dinner cost me $50. I was so thirsty that I order several drinks. The waitress didn't tell me that the drinks weren't refillable until my 3rd drink.

I kinda felt the same way when I took a first bite off my steak.

Well...next time we'll just have to plan a little earlier Now I learned that 30+ ppl for dinner on Saturday night in Monterey is not easy.

The company and the view made the dinner outstanding despite the steak. I think it was Bruce who said you pay for the ambiance at a place like that.

Yeah I am. I signed on this morning and got owned by Michelles, Brian's, and David's picture of me with the seals. Plus, still getting the jitters from seeing Holly's pics.
