this part broke off from my car... for the longest time, i can't even figure out where does this part belong to...

Now that i see it attached... what does this part do??? do i need to replace this??

just an air deflector. You;ll be fine without it. If you were to get an injen intake, you would have to take the other one off anyway, and if you went forced induction with an intercooler, you would take both of them off.

Presumably it guides the air more towards the radiator but I never figured out why/how...
