Just an FYI... i booked a room at the Hilton in Ontario, CA. and i also booked another room at the Hilton in San Bernardino, CA. I am trying to somehow get both rooms in the same hotel, but im not sure it its possible as i can only get one room with my rate per hotel. We'll see...

I'll be flying out to Vegas and then driving out there on Saturday morning in my buddys Prelude. We will be staying at the AmeriHost hotel. It was listed as the closet hotel from the track (about 4 miles). Anyone else staying there?

I think the deadline has been bumped to the end of November. You may want to call Stephen if you really want to do your own No. Cal. thing because you still have some time. However, I'm hoping you guys join us. It will be nice seeing some old faces and new ones.

For those that still want to go but haven't bought tickets, you can still buy them online until the end of this month. The deadline to join the Car Club is November 30.

For more info and to buy tickets, go to http://www.jgtcusa.net/store/product...7c1be78a0c9e95

Autocross tickets are also on sale. If you'd rather show your car, then you can purchase your show spot online for $75.00 and that includes a weekend pass. And check the Socal forum for more event info and meet-ups as the date gets closer.

Erica- any idea if tickets for admission will be sold at the gate? I have some friends that might come but it will be a last minute decision.

If they don't sell out, then yes but they will cost more.

Any tickets purchased between Dec. 1-11 is a late purchase and shipping costs will be more due to overnight shipping only.

Any tickets purchased Dec. 12-19 is considered a walk-up ticket and must be paid for and picked up on the day of the event. The cost is $10.00 more.

4. sybertron
5. 2004

The current plan is to leave by 12:00pm Noon on Friday. So if you haven't put in your PTO for Friday, hurry up and do so now!!
Hotel-wise, I believe Henry got 2 rooms total or is it 4 rooms total? Either way, if you're not confirm on this list, you will have to find your own place to stay.

I have 2 rooms (2 Double Beds) ($39 per night) booked at the Doubletree in Ontario Ca. I looked into getting a suite but the lowest they have is about $270 per night and its a family suite with 2 queens and a family room... let me know if thats what you guys wanna do instead.

I also have one room at the Hilton Ontario (2 exits away from the Doubletree) for $49 per night and it comes with breakfast... we can try and split folks up... but seems harder that way...

Let me know soon folks...

Updated list.
1. whatever
2. bz8
3. karmamag
4. sybertron
5. 2004
6. z-incognito
7. Brando222

Non-Z
8. Ray (NSX)
9. Al (S2000)
10. Tin (RX7) + 2 girls

Can you get the 2 rooms + the suite in the same hotel?
I'm not sure how we would divide up the rooms, maybe 2-3 to a room and 6-8 to the suite? or if we want to be frugal, get the suite and everyone crash there or if there are ballers out there that rather stay in the suite.... (No, not me... call me cheap... )
